1. Wholesale Scope & Eligibility

Lavish Lab Grown Diamond operates exclusively as a business-to-business supplier of loose lab-grown diamonds. Quotations and trade terms are reserved exclusively for registered jewelers, diamond merchants, manufacturers, and trade volume buyers. We do not sell retail jewelry or finished consumer goods.

2. Quotations and Inquiries

All website inquiries represent requests for commercial information and quotation (RFQ). Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a binding purchase contract or guaranteed stone reservation. Formal proforma invoices with precise stone certificates, lot numbers, and payment terms are issued directly by our trading desk.

3. Product Classification

All stones supplied by Lavish are manufactured via Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) or High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) crystal growth. We strictly sell loose lab-grown diamonds. Certified stones are verified via independent gemological reports (IGI) and inscribed accordingly.

4. Payment and Delivery Terms

Formal trade payment terms (wire transfer, escrow, or trade credit where pre-approved) and insured courier fulfillment terms are agreed on a per-order basis. Website content does not constitute an instant online checkout.
